Cosy converted Artist's Studio (self-contained)

A cosy artist's studio on the edge of the Old Town area of Eastbourne below the South Downs, 2 miles from the sea. The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle opening on to a tiny patio. It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated in a private corner of Wellshurst Golf club, enjoy the tranquil setting and cosy up in this brand new lodge. With everything you could need for a short stay and plenty of beautiful walks nearby, dogs are welcome and enjoying some golf is optional at our beautiful 18 hole course and driving range. Soak in the free standing tub whilst admiring the views, or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. 2 minute woodland walk to access.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property. The annexe is located a short walk from Eastbourne District General Hospital. The main town and seafront are just over one mile. A cosy and stylish maisonette with one allocated parking space at the front of the property. Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.
