Cottage abuts the DAR State Forest, which has 15 miles of hiking (for all levels), birdwatching, and XC skiing. 25 min drive to Northampton, known as an academic, artistic, musical, and countercultural hub and home to Smith College. 30 min drive to Berkshire East Ski Resort and Stumps XC Skiing Center, others about 50 mins away.

Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on the first floor, with a loft space for reading, enjoying the view or doing work. We've provided 2 touring kayaks (longer/heavier than other kayaks) in the shed. We recommend at least one strong person and bring water shoes (the bottom is yucky)!
