Adirondack style in the heart of Newcomb Located on the snowmobile trail and right across from the Santanoni preserve entrance. As the hub of the Adirondacks you have access to all the fun nature has to offer including hiking fishing skiing and boating . Within 1 mile to town beach and boat launch on Lake Harris The house and each room have smart TVs with wifi no cable service *** There used to be a bar next door, we now own that building it’s no longer a bar. You will hear traffic from 28N.

Camp Finale

Located on our most private lot, Camp Finale offers breathtaking mountain views and beautiful wildflower meadow which spills below to the woods. Accessed off a long driveway at the end of our country road, the cabin offers privacy and tranquility. Queen bed, sweet new bathroom with shower, kitchen with range and compact fridge and a private firepit. Optional Japanese hot tub experience as well as a cedar sauna! In summer we offer wood fired pizza. Close to Gore and Garnet Hill for skiing.

Outdoor Sauna, Ski Gore Weekdays & Walk To Village

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

The home sits on a hill 60 feet above lake level providing stunning views year-round. A short walk down the private gravel path brings you to the water.

Walk across the street and bushwack for miles and miles. OK Slip Falls trailhead is less than a mile away. Skiing at Gore Mountain is 10 minutes away. There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!
