Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

It has a separate private entrance and a private driveway (with a carport). Relax in the fully fenced sunny patio/grass area. It's a short walk to a local café, dairy, takeaways, dog park, and river walks and only 200 meters to a bus stop to take you into the CBD. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and the unit has full laundry facilities.

Close to the central city, Waikato Stadium and many of the local attractions, this two-story townhouse is in a small trendy development on a leafy street by the river. It’s a complete home equipped with everything you need to make it a convenient base for holidaying in the Waikato or setting up home for an extended stay with total privacy. And it is exclusive for your use. You can walk to café’s, restaurants, bars, entertainment and supermarkets. The Waikato River Trails are moments away.

Comfortable & Hospital Handy CBD 3Bed Home

The space is a renovated 1960's timber home. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. It is 80sqm in size (about 4 x Average hotel room size) with a full kitchen. There is room for hanging clothes in 2 of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wall heater. We do our best to keep the property maintained but it is older. However, it is clean, comfortable and convenient to Hamilton CBD (about a 7minute walk), Lake, Hamilton Gardens and roads north and south to New Zealand's great attractions.

Peaceful & centrally located, The Loft is perfect for your next stay in Hamilton. Unwind with a fresh brew on the private deck overlooking the pool & garden, or take a short walk up to Tills Lookout for panoramic views, or a little further for stunning rural views including Mt Pirongia. Only 3 mins drive to Taitua Arboretum (or a 27 min scenic walk), 9 mins to the Hamilton Lake, 11 mins to The Base Shopping Centre, 35 mins to Raglan. Supermarket, café and takeaways just down the road.
