We've taken care to create a peaceful, comfortable retreat for guests. There is a separate hallway and small kitchen area fully equipped with ample counter space. The unit is attached to our house, but is self-contained with a separate entrance. However, you may hear (minimal) noise from our side of the house. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Well-appointed home north of downtown Seattle. Two parking spaces available in-front of the house. Fully enclosed front yard for you and your dog! Easy access to I-5 and Northgate light rail station (20-minute walk or very short drive). Tesla Supercharger is located at Northgate Station. (One mile from property) The salt water hot tub is in a shared space with the property owner. It will be made private for you while you are using it. Queer owned and operated property.

Full Apartment 7 miles north of Downtown Seattle

Easy access to I-5 (about 7 miles north of downtown), close to Kraken Community Iceplex (1.2 miles), a pool, and other restaurants/shopping (about 1 mile in two different directions). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, separate entrance and plenty of space to call your own. It is most convenient if you have a car, but if you don't mind walking about 1/4 mile, there are buses/lightrail available. Street parking available. We welcome all types of people.

Mid-Century Luxe Lounge - Romantic and comfortable

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. In a central Seattle location (between Downtown Seattle, Northgate, and Ballard), this is a small ground-floor suite you get to yourself, with bedroom and bathroom, and your own private yard and patio. Although this secluded spot (very private) is part of a townhome community, it's also in a busy area (you will hear city noise). It's great for those traveling around the city (major bus lines right outside), or those looking to relax inside (TV with Roku+Netflix provided).
