A lovely guest house in the garden of a family home, in a quiet residential area. A short drive to local spots such Clifton Village, the harbourside, both universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for a Monday to Friday stay or longer lets. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free parking on the street. The garden is shared with the family - we have a very friendly dog.

You’ll love my place because our spacious, bright detached house is sorrounded by gardens and fields in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes drive from the city centre. Near Blaise Castle with a wonderful view of the River Severn and the mountains of Wales. My house has two double bedrooms with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a sunny veranda. Will suit couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). The house is dog friendly, with lovely walks in woodland nearby.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Little Lodge

Welcome to our little lodge. Situated at the rear of our family home you will find our nicely secluded, detached lodge with a private key gate entrance. Spacious open plan living area/kitchen with amenities, Two lovely double sized bedrooms, sofa bed, bathroom/cubicle shower, chill out garden area at the back and decking area at the front. The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Studio 28, a stylish, sunny, studio apartment

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
