Located off of gum branch road. Enjoy this 3 bedroom 2 bath home on a corner lot with a big fenced in yard and new trex decking. We are 1.5 miles away from grocery stores, gas stations and fast food restaurants. Baby friendly items include high chair and stroller. Enjoy country living in the little big town of Jacksonville.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches within 35 miles.

The Cottage is 800 sq ft of living space. There is a galley kitchen with everything you need to cook. There one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The Cottage has one queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa. The cottage is ideal for a couple. The guest entry is at the back of the Cottage with a walk in closet on the left as you enter. Our cottage is decorated with recycled and repurposed vintage items.
