Le pavillon de pêche est implanté dans un site exceptionnel. Orienté vers l’étang, il est prolongé par de grandes terrasses ensoleillées qui descendent en cascade jusqu’au ponton de pêche. La propriété est située à l’écart du village de Seloignes, près de Chimay, implantée le long d’un ruisseau et en bordure de forêt. Un fois le portail refermé, vous vous retrouvez dans un autre monde. Cette réalisation conçue par un architecte et un artiste présente une grande unité et magnifie la nature.

Das Anwesen ist 3,5 Hektar groß und verfügt über einen Parkgarten, einen Spielplatz, Entspannungsmöglichkeiten wie einen Schwimmteich, eine Sauna, eine Außenküche und eine Bar (siehe Hausordnung).
