Unser Rückzugsort befindet sich auf dem historischen Stadtplatz in der Innenstadt von Demorest und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von zwei Restaurants, einem Boutique-Café und der Piedmont University entfernt. Unsere einstigen Ladenfronten wurden in Unterkünfte umgewandelt, die den historischen Charme des Innenstadtplatzes perfekt ergänzen.

Studio apartment located in a peaceful and centrally located place. Just a 12-15 minute drive takes you to the city of Helen with year-round activities for all, Babyland General Hospital (Cabbage Patch Kids), and The Chattahoochee River. Numerous wineries are located within 5-10 miles. This pet-friendly apartment is near many hiking trails and state parks. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, air-fryer, Keurig, refrigerator, plates, bowls, flatware, linens, and toiletries. Pets < 40lbs.

This beautiful loft sits above the Burton Community clubhouse, The Boathouse, with a private exterior entrance. It features a king bed, couch, lounge chair, table, kitchenette and full bath. Located across from our private gated community, The Loft is walking distance to LaPrade’s Marina. Our community boasts Wildcat Creek, 3 stocked ponds, and 5 miles of trails. Amenities await right outside the loft door and include a pool, hot tub, fire pit and direct access to the Marina.

Wir hatten bis zu 16 Personen übernachten dort. * Wir sind 3 Autostunden von Gatlinberg, weniger als 15 Meilen von Toccoa Falls, Piemont, North GA Tech und Truitt McCollege Colleges entfernt. * Wir sind 40 Meilen vom Appalachen-Trail und 20 Meilen von Helen, GA, entfernt. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. 100 Meilen von ATL und/oder Greenville-Spartanburg Flughäfen.
