It has some furniture from the Soviet era. Open balcony has a view to the park. In the kitchen You find Jura coffeemaker, French press, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard. The flat is comfy up to 4 people.

TARTU HOME, Large 1BD apt, Old Town 1778 ye howse

Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring Tartu in this spacious and light-filled 1 bedroom apartment with impressive high ceilings. Located in the very heart of the Old Town, it is across the street from the iconic and beloved Italian restaurant "La Dolce Vita". All of the sought-after sights are within a few minute's walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
