Η Malsova Maisonette βρίσκεται στην παραλία της Μάλσοβας, 2 χλμ από το γραφικό χωριό του Αγίου Νικολάου.Είναι μέρος του συγκροτήματος Malsova Home. H Malsova Maisonette είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1880. 'Εχει 2 ορόφους και είναι συνολικά 70τμ. Οι 2 όροφοι συνδέονται με εξωτερική σκάλα. Στο ισόγειο λειτουργεί η παραδοσιακή μας ταβέρνα «Παραλία”και σας περιμένει να δοκιμάσετε τα παραδοσιακά φαγητά της Λακωνικής γης.

Το μόνο που κάνετε εσείς είναι να κατεβείτε μερικά σκαλιά και να βουτήξετε στα κρυστάλλινα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά μας!!! Το σπίτι μας είναι πλήρης εξοπλισμένο για την διαμονή σας! Στη θάλασσα θα βρείτε ένα κανό και ένα θαλάσσιο ποδήλατο να εξερευνήσετε τις σπηλιές της περιοχής!

Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.

The house dating from the early 1900s and entirely renewed, is located in the heart of Gythio, overlooking the Cultural Center square. After 90 steps you will be raised above the roofs of the houses and will contemplate the sea. Ideally located, Koumaros is close to all shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and bus stop.
