This is a perfect, secluded, romantic retreat for two situated along a quiet lane with stunning panoramic westerly views over Cardigan Bay and the Llyn peninsula. The cottage is well-placed to explore Snowdon (30 minutes away), the Llyn peninsula (right in front of you) and the quiet coves and beaches of Anglesey (30 minutes away).

Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

If you like walking the mountains or easier more level walks this is the place to be. The house is 30 min drive from Surf Snowdonia, Zip world, Penrhyn Quarry, Zip World Bounce Below, Zip World Forest, The Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway. There are many Welsh Castles within a short drive.

It is also a 300m walk to Vaynol Arms pub, where you can pop in for a well deserved traditional pub dinner and drink after a long climb. Terfyn Cottage is the perfect location to enjoy everything Snowdonia National Park has to offer.

Wood fires (fuel provided) and sheets, towels &c. Fully-equipped kitchen. Cycle storage. The Vaynol Arms is 5 minutes walk. Llanberis: about 5 miles.
