A quirky place as the home of Welsh artist Kevin Williams there are a number of his paintings hanging around the house.

It is approx 16 mins to Cardiff town Public transport is nearby and Rhiwbina Village. There is a variety of shops , café’s / bars/brewery. The local public house is 0.6 miles, offers food, Sunday Lunch and occasional entertainment.

The Studio is located in the sought after village of Whitchurch, a beautiful area of North Cardiff. Whitchurch is just a 5 minute drive from M4 & 10 minutes into the city centre. The Studio is within walking distance to a selection of local shops, bakery, chemist, pubs & fantastic restaurants. The studio is newly refurbished with underfloor heating. A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
