Dairemiz villamızın zemin katında bulunmaktadır. Villamız 1000m² lik bir arsa içerine konumlandırılmış ve bahçesi meyve ağaçlarıyla donatılmıştır, müstakildir. Bitmek bilmeyen korna sesleri yerine cıvıltılı kuş seslerini duyacağınız, gri ve soluk binalar yerine yeşilin en güzel tonlarını göreceğiniz bir bölge.
