The apartment has a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a wonderful balcony, a kitchenette and a western bathroom. Downstairs is a new coffeshop/art gallery/ bookshop, open between 5 PM and 11 PM. The kitchen has a fridge, watercoocker, blender and basic utilities to prepare something. The bathroom is western style but basic. There is no hot water. The apartment has no airco but there are fans.
