A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Vale Pool Annex – Countryside Stay near Nottingham

Peaceful countryside annexe in the Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for professionals working in Nottingham area who want a quiet place to stay during the week, with fast WiFi and private parking. Also perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a relaxing rural stay. Access to our private indoor pool is available during allocated private sessions. Pool access is not included in the nightly rate. Guest pool membership £15. Private 90-minute sessions £18. Limited availability – early booking advised.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Just a 20 minute drive to Nottingham city centre, with Motorpoint arena, the City ground and Trent Bridge cricket ground even closer.

Unique static boat moored on the Trent , great for fishing or just relaxing, fantastic views lots lovely walks,The boat is now ready for the winter months heating on log burner ready to go, new kitchenware very cozy ,Christmas almost upon us why not try a stay over Christmas and enjoy the boat decked out. Our newly built, light and spacious holiday home consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area that goes through to the master bedroom. A beautiful bathroom forms an on-suite, adjacent to the bedroom. There is a wardrobe with extra pillows, coat hangers, a washing basket and a safe for your belongings.
