Zum Haus gehört ein ca. 500 m² großer privater Garten mit einem 8 x 4 Meter großen Privatpool, der ausschließlich Ihnen und Ihren Mitreisenden zur Verfügung steht. Die Villa erstreckt sich über drei vollständig bewohnbare Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, die voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Garderobe sowie ein Badezimmer. Im ersten Obergeschoss liegen drei Schlafzimmer: der Blue Room mit eigenem Bad, der Gold Room, der Rose Room sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer. Im zweiten Obergeschoss befindet sich der Silver Room mit eigenem Bad, einer begehbaren Garderobe und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlagen und geräumige Kleiderschränke mit ausreichend Stauraum. In allen Schlafzimmern außer dem Rose Room ist zudem ein Fernseher vorhanden. Auch das Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Küche sind klimatisiert. Für angenehmen Komfort zu jeder Jahreszeit ist das gesamte Haus mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Alle vier Badezimmer verfügen über moderne Walk-in-Duschen, WC und Waschtisch. Für längere Aufenthalte stehen Ihnen außerdem zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.
