It is situated in a sweet, cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Attached to my home, you may hear some footsteps or other sounds.

All hotel ammenities provided for you with the personalized attention you can only get with Airbnb- fluffy white cotton robes, shower essentials, coffee/tea and snacks and a very comfortable bed.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at my warm and welcoming, centrally located guest suite. This is the lower level of our single family home. You have a private entrance through the back garden door. We are next to the main bike path in Boulder with easy access to CU and downtown! We are walking distance to several restaurants and shops. There is a large shared backyard with a gazebo.
