Full kitchen equipped with pots, pans, silverware, knives etc. There is also an outdoor grill and table to use with heavy duty plastic plates/cups

Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. Our guest house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, a few miles from the sandy white beaches of Coquina Beach, Brandenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Manatee Beach, Ana Maria Island, and Siesta Key Beach. The Downtown and IMG Academy are also just a short drive away. Our home is a perfect place to relax between trips to the beach and local attractions.
