Inmitten der friedlichen Landschaft der Abruzzen, wenige Schritte vom prächtigen Gran Sasso (für Bergliebhaber), dem Heiligtum von San Gabriele und 40 Minuten von der Adriaküste mit seinen weitläufigen Sandstränden entfernt. Mit eigenem Eingang, komplett eingezäunt, 3 Parkplätzen, einer Veranda im privaten Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen, einem Gemüsebeet und Obstbäumen. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa und Kamin, ein weiteres Bad und Küche.

Castello Carafa è situato a Ferrazzano, incantevole borgo medievale in pietra a circa 900 m. slm a soli 5 km da Campobasso. La location è posta all’interno del castello baronale di età aragonese. Elegante e prestigioso il salone, nella torre si trova la biblioteca. Offre due stanze spaziose e luminose con pavimenti in cotto originale e arredate in stile. Dispone di due bagni, di cui uno privato. Completano la struttura un’ampia sala da pranzo con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
