My grandparent's 50 years house is located in Guaynabo in a family gated area (country area). 15 minute drive to San Juan, beaches, mall and mayor roads to initiate a trip anywhere on the island. The house was remodeled with love and care. A few original items were left to reconcile with the new. Surrounded by nature, flowers, birds. A one-story house perfect for those in search of some fresh environment away from the city stress but close enough to get everything you need thru a short drive.
