Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have wifi for you. Farm tours and dairy milking experience are also options.

This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

At our special spot, you get the best of both worlds: clean, modern and comfortably appointed tiny home on an oak-studded ranch surrounded by nature. Close enough to town, beaches, wineries, and restaurants for convenience while being far enough away to relax. Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.

Enjoy a very comfortable room in our Bunkhouse located behind the historic Victorian Estate. A shared front porch and a private back deck allow you to enjoy the outdoors in our uniquely mild climate. Our comfortable queen size murphy bed can be converted to a desk during the day. Our saloon style building is completely renovated with a contemporary glass shower in a spacious bath.

This Pasadera home has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms with a loft which has a fold out couch. The downstairs couch will sleep 2 more if needed so 9 people will fit. It’s just a few miles away from Trilogy and Blacklake golf course, the beach, shopping , golf courses and many wineries! It’s a perfect beach community. About 20 minutes to Vandenburg Air Force base.
