A friendly house for uncomplicated people! It is located right by the sea and offers a breathtaking view over the fjord! This older, small private house has good heating, a kitchen and a living room. In the basement - accessible via a narrow staircase - there is a bedroom with a double bed. The steep staircase is not suitable for older people or people with limited mobility! On the 1st floor there is a small bedroom (single bed) with a sea view. There is another single bed in the living room.

Vellir is a historic home in the village of Grenivík, North Iceland, with uninterrupted views across the fjord. Just a 25-minute scenic drive from Akureyri, Grenivík is a special place beneath Kaldbakur Mountain, known in folklore as a powerful energy source. The house is 80 m² across three floors. The evening sun creates spectacular sunsets, and during winter guests can often see the Northern Lights from the living room. Whales are regularly spotted year-round just outside the window.

It's located at the roots of the hill of Höfði, close to the shoreline, with a stunning view of the fjord. The nature in the area has a lot to offer, such as seasonal activities including walking trails, hiking, berry picking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and skiing. Places close by: Akureyri 25 min., Goðafoss 30 min., Mývatn 55 min. and Húsavík 55 min. drive away.

Brand new 76 fm apartment in a small sea village north in Iceland name Hauganes,25 minutes drive from Akureyri. It has 3 bedrooms, dining area and living room in an open space, fully equipped kitchen,bathroom with a shower, washer and a dryer. There is a small patio in the backyard and good space in the front with garden furniture. Space for 5 to 6 people to stay. Dalvík is about 10 min drive from Hauganes and there is a grocery store. There is no grocery store in Hauganes.

The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities. Hope you will enjoy our cottage house and its surroundings. Hjalteyri offers a restaurant, art gallery and a public hot tub by the ocean.

The house is located only 3,5 km from Grenivik where you can access all necessery services, for example groceries, swimming pool and restaurant . And not far from Grýtubakki, about an hour drive , you will find Lake Mývatn , Dimmuborgir , Húsavik and other breathtaking attraction .

Peaceful and lovely cottage on the land of farm Syðri-Hagi with lovely ocean views. Located on the west side of Eyjafjörður, with majestic mountain ranges and welcoming valleys. The cottage Sólsetur (Sunset) is 25 square meters, built 2016-2017. The cottage has one bedroom with two beds and a sleepingcouch for two in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equiped. Facilities for four persons. On the terrace there is a geothermal hot tub and a gas grill.
