Outdoor lit party patio, firepit, gas grill, disc golf, cornhole, rockers and porch swing. With each stay comes a complimentary bundle of firewood and treats to hand feed the cows.

Four Paw Ranch

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable quit ranch escape. Awesome country views of cows, horses and 5acre lake with covered dock for catch and release fishing. Our home is on a dirt road so we do recommend having a SUV or TRUCK. Sport type cars not advised unless you drive slow. I Catherine and friend do live on this property as well in my own home. We are close to Texas A&M. Nearby attractions consist of the Texas Renaissance fair in Todd Mission,Santa‘s Wonderland in College Station.

Ponderita farms - peaceful getaway in Anderson, TX

Our 3-room private suite and adjacent pool in Anderson, TX is the perfect place for a country getaway. Our place features wide open views far from the city crush. The living room, dining room, and kitchenette are included in one open area. The bedroom is separate and includes a queen-size bed. There is a hallway leading from the living area to the full bath which includes a small closet for clothing. Here you will also find extra blankets, pillows, and linens for the queen air mattress.

Thirty minutes southeast of Kyle Field, Legacy Farmhouse is a completely renovated 100+ year old farmhouse. Located on almost 200 acres, the property is Ideal for graduation, football games, showers or girl-friend weekends. Hike through the woods (recommend wearing some sort of boot); bring your fishing pole and go fishing in one of three ponds; sit on the front porch swing and listen to the birds and watch the cows. Peaceful 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Retreat – This spacious, open-concept home offers privacy and comfort with stunning views of a tranquil pond and lush pasture. Perfect for families or groups seeking a serene getaway surrounded by nature. Close to dining, shopping, and entertainment, but far enough to enjoy the quiet and peaceful setting. The Hilltop View House is set on 200 acres. We do live on the property, but will not interfere with your stay.

The Hideout

Nestled in Washington on the Brazos, the birthplace of Texas, The Hideout is a slab up renovation of a classic log cabin reimagined by a well-known Houston Custom Builder. Completed in the fall of 2024, The Hideout sits on a 2 acre within a larger a private 103-acre ranch. With views and access to a private stocked pond and cows that come to the fence to greet you, The Hideout is perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities.

The Burrow: Built 1837

Looking for a peaceful retreat? Are you a history buff looking to soak up some Texas culture? Are you a nature lover wanting to stargaze? Maybe a Football fan heading to Kyle Field? Or Heading to the TX Ren Fest? This dogtrot cottage was built in 1837 and updated in 2016. The clawfoot tub comes with an array of soaking salts/bath bombs. It’s on 1/2 acre wooded lot and peaceful street. LGBT Friendly.
