Loft Vanoi

Bellissimo piccolo Loft, situato nel paesino di Zortea, sulle Dolomiti del Lagorai nel parco naturale di Paneveggio, è ubicato al primo piano di una tipica costruzione locale completamente ristrutturata. Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un piano soppalcato dotato di terrazza che corre lungo tutto il perimetro dell'abitazione, attrezzata con panca e tavolino dove consumare un rilassante aperitivo godendo di una magnifica vista sulla tranquilla vallata. Solo un animale che pesi meno di 10 kg.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Es handelt sich um eine antike Almhütte, die zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts errichtet wurde. Kürzlich restauriert, wobei die ursprünglichen Merkmale erhalten geblieben sind, Stein und Lärchenholz, das hier gefällt wurde, machen sie aus. Sie wurde auf besondere und handwerkliche Art eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über Strom aus einer Photovoltaikanlage, außerdem gibt es Solarpanelle für das Warmwasser und die Fußbodenheizung. Sie besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche-Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Holzofen.

La nostra casa è immersa nella campagna si trova lungo il tragitto dei percorsi podistici permanenti per visitare la zona Pedemontana Vicentina. In pochi km si raggiungono Breganze (terra di vini), Marostica, Thiene, Bassano.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Si tratta di un luogo intimo, rilassante con la possibilità di uscire in escursione sia a piedi che in bici nelle verdi colline circostanti. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggi di lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e animali domestici.

Rustikales Chalet mit Bergblick, Trentino Südtirol

Das Chalet Maso Vecchio ist ein restauriertes Gebäude im Herzen der Hochebene von Tesino, wo Geschichte und Tradition lebendig werden. Nur wenige Kilometer vom Castello Tesino entfernt, wurde dieses Chalet aus den ursprünglichen Ruinen, im lokalen Dialekt „masi“ genannt, liebevoll restauriert, mit einem einzigen Ziel: den authentischen Charme des Lebens in den Bergen wieder aufleben zu lassen.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
