The new owners ( Delores & Rhonda) have rejuvenated the property with new colors & amenities. Nestled in a beautiful hollow with walking access (.03 of a mile) to Greers Ferry Lake. It's not unusual to see road runners, deer, turkey & hear yelps of coyotes in the distance. To add to your experience each cabin has a fire pit, sittin' porch & grill!

Annikken's Cabin

Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Beautiful 1 bedroom treehouse with hot tub/ views

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. This cozy, unique Cabin sits on Rainbow Island on the Little Red River. Here you will be able to fish, float, relax, and sit around the fire pit. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters.
