2nd Floor Apartment in Downtown Greenville with direct ATV and snowmobile access. Hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting all within a short drive. If you are a boater, there is a boat ramp one street over. When you aren't out exploring the north woods take a walk into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping! Located in the east cove, this apartment puts you in the middle of all the action! Especially during Fly-In and 4th of July celebrations, don't worry about parking since you're a walk away!

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

This idea is what inspired us to build our modern apartment and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. Centrally located to hike, boat, ski at the nearby Big Squaw Mountain Resort, spend the day hiking dozens of local trails, or shopping downtown, this new apartment puts you in the middle of all the action.

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Cottage 3: Island View

Cottage 3 is a two bedroom, one bath cottage that has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom and a twin over full size bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed in the secondary bedroom. NEW in 2025! WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!

Moose Mountain Lodge - Vacation with Nature

Living within nature. Moose Mountain Lodge is tucked away in the woods on a sunny lot with great views where wildlife sightings far exceed the occasional car that may pass by on the road. It is not uncommon to wake up to 5-10 deer in the back yard or a moose walking down the road. Just minutes away there is a private beach where you can swim, picnic or launch a canoe or kayak. 4- wheelers can directly access trails from the cabin. WiFi and Smart TV for streaming.
