Staying at the Park Cottage means you get a clean and sanitized home all to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with internet connected TV, second floor loft with two single beds and play area for kids. You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

It is 3 minutes from Main Street in Travelers Rest with lots of local restaurants, close to Furman and North Greenville Uni. Downtown Greenville is 20 minutes away: variety of restaurants to choose from, Greenville Drive Baseball, Greenville-zoo, Falls Park, and more! Close State Parks: Paris Mountain- 10 min, Jones Gap- 25 min, Table Rock- 40 min, Caesar’s Head- 45 min.

Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Welcome to a house of SC history, built just as the Civil War was ending. Five generations have loved this home. It used to sit as part of a farm on the dirt road between Greenville and Travelers Rest. The owners, still part of the original family, are nearby and willing to help accommodate as much as possible! You are within walking distance of the Swamp Rabbit Trail and Furman University. Travelers Rest, with all its charm, is a couple minutes up the road!
