"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

The Swamp

The Swamp is perfectly located in the middle of Green Turtle Cay with a 3 minute walk to the pristine white sand beaches. Built in 2024, this property offers a spacious open floor plan with a coastal organic vibe. 3 bedrooms that will comfortably sleep 6 guests and plenty of seating and space for entertaining in the dining and living area.
