The Ladder House has incredible outdoor views, w/ a homey & comfortable place to snooze, cook, cool off/warm up, + relax when you come back inside. The property is located 8 minutes south of downtown Moab & is close to restaurants, shops, & trailheads.

This great 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, covered porch with BBQ gas grill & table, air conditioning, TV, WiFi is located at the base of the beautiful Book Cliffs. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. Green River offers activities to check out as well; Museum/Information center, Crystal Geyser, Beach area alongside the river, Golf course, Hiking, ATV trails, River rafting etc. Small farm community, population around 900, google area and miles for your destinations. Home is NOT kid friendly. No pets allowed. Host lives in town.

It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.
