This secluded and very quiet, 370 sq ft in home apartment, space is nestled in the trees with a territorial view to the southwest. If you have an appreciation for hand crafted details this is the place for you: hand made windows, a bed frame made from salvaged fir bleacher seats, owner designed light fixtures, and traditionally crafted woodworking details throughout. The Chestnut stays cool in the summer and cozy in the winter with its heated concrete floors. Open all twelve windows south and west and you might think you’re in a treehouse. This space is thoughtfully designed as a restful retreat after a long day of exploring or hectic day of business travel. If you like to cook, the kitchen is complete with a gas range, a full size electric oven, microwave, under counter refrigerator/ freezer, farm style sink, and all the needed utensils. The Chestnut has its own secure entrance and private patio. It is accessible by stairs only. I am here and happy to help. Perched on the hilltop above the historic business district, the Chestnut provides easy access to Fremont neighborhood and many delicious restaurants and local shops. Look for the many public art pieces nearby or walk along the gorgeous ship canal. There are plenty of food options within walking distance and a number of buses that will easily take you downtown, east to the University district, west to Ballard, and north to greater North Seattle.

We're right across the street (2 blocks) from the Woodland Park Zoo/playground, and plenty of fantastic, kid-friendly, and top-rated restaurants to choose from. You will find parking is free and easy to find on the street in front of our home. Or just jump on a bus right down the street ,which takes you right to Pike's Market.

Welcome to our loft! The home is split into two levels, and this is your private space with your own entrance! It is perfect for smaller groups of travelers. We are close to downtown Seattle and have plenty of free street parking in our quaint neighborhood. You will love the easy access to I5 and short drive to downtown Seattle! Our loft is equipped with a queen sized bed, a 40in smart TV, portable ac unit during the summer, and complimentary coffee! We look forward to welcoming you!

Apartment is near bus stops, bakeries, pubs, many coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, parks, Whole Foods and University Village makes it a perfect spot for your urban vacation. Sorry but I have a no pet policy.

Great studio in the heart of the Phinney Ridge neighborhood. Only one block from Greenwood Ave. Easy walking distance to at least 5 coffee shops and dozens of restaurants. 4 Blocks to Ken's Market - a small family run grocery that has great foods, a deli, a coffee shop. Several nearby pubs include: 74th St Alehouse and Prost. The list of food options nearby is unlimited. Details in the room. The studio has a private entry on the ground floor of my home and I live upstairs.

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise.
