Our Place is an upstairs , split level two bedroom apartment within our house . It has it's own entrance and is a completely separate apartment . There is a large living room with a kitchenette , 2 bedrooms and a bathroom . Our house is on a quiet cul-de -sac and backs on to Chorlton Water Park which is a nature reserve . Chorlton is a suburb of Manchester ,it has it's own shops , bars and restaurants and there are good transport links into the city centre We live in an apartment downstairs

There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

Based in Marsden, Sleepers, is our one bedroom self catering guest suite for two adult guests. Within the Colne Valley, overlooking the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, it is a perfect location for a relaxing break, with local pubs, shops and cafes a gentle stroll along the towpath. A perfect base for longer walks, cycling and even a wild swimming reservoir within view of the front door.
