The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

The Millstone Retreat is a quiet walkout apartment in the basement of the peaceful home of Mike & Ivana (we live upstairs) that is centered between down town Knoxville & the Smoky Mountains exit 407. Being less than a mile off Interstate 40 at exit 398, offers an easy in & out situation. The Retreat is a uniquely designed experience that combines all the modern conveniences that one would expect in an AB&B with a taste of the past. We feed a variety song birds year around for bird watching.

A stay in our Efficiency Apartment is truly like having a home away from home. It comfortably sleeps up to four people with an en suite bathroom that features a tub/shower. This room is on the first floor and has a little more of a basement feel to it with only two windows, but it also makes it cozy.
