Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

The Pulpit House is a charming, European-style place with central air, a baby grand piano, a king-size bed, a queen Murphy bed, two pull-out couches, a sparkling bath, a spacious chefs’ kitchen, a bar area with darts, a pool table, and an inviting atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for your family to play, cook, and stay! Lots of games and books too The entire building is yours to explore, and you’ll be amazed by the old church upstairs! Charming Carriage House in Saratoga Springs

Charming carriage house that has been completely renovated but still has some original character. The carriage house is one bedroom, one bathroom, and full kitchen with 2 off street parking spaces. There are two outdoor areas to enjoy in the front and back of the house. The location is walking distance to Beekman street arts district and Broadway downtown Saratoga Springs. Saratoga spa state park, performing arts center, casino and Saratoga race track are all a short car ride away.

Our home has an outdoor gazebo, gas grill and a stone patio fire pit, all facing the river.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
