Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Highland cottage with stunning views

In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre.
