Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. Spend an extremely comfortable night in the self-contained accommodation in the studio. Once a stable and subsequently the old pottery, the accommodation has now been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and luxurious bedroom with beautiful super-king bed and ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove is a cosy addition to the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.

Converted loft in an 150 year old barn. It is a small studio space which is simple and cosy. A village location, close to rural areas and Canterbury, Faversham & Whitstable. The barn is set back from the street in a garden, access is through a driveway at the side of the main house, which is rented to a family. Although there are bus routes in the village, we would recommend having a car.
