E' dotato di una cucina moderna ben attrezzata, due camere da letto matrimoniali (+ divano letto in soggiorno), balconcino vista lago e bagno. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3 floor villa made up of a sleeping/dining area. Starting from January 2023, a tourist tax of 1 Euro per day for each guest of the property shall be paid.

Auf rund 650 m Höhe genießen Wanderfreunde und Ruhesuchende die klare Bergluft und die Stille, der See ist dennoch in etwa 15–20 Minuten erreichbar.
