E' dotato di una cucina moderna ben attrezzata, due camere da letto matrimoniali (+ divano letto in soggiorno), balconcino vista lago e bagno. Auf rund 650 m Höhe genießen Wanderfreunde und Ruhesuchende die klare Bergluft und die Stille, der See ist dennoch in etwa 15–20 Minuten erreichbar.
