Double Loft Lodge

Nestled along the Mississinewa River near James Dean's hometown, Taylor Univ and Indiana Wesleyan Univ, we were originally named Harrisburg, until the natural gas boom of the 1800s. The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Visit the Gas City museum at 210 South A St opened 1-4 sat&sun, relax at Beaner Linn Park 701 S Broadway or visit one of our shops. The house is spacious and ready to host your family gathering, girls weekend or peaceful retreat. Explore the barns, hay field, fire pit; ride bikes or walk along the quiet country road and find the beaver dams in the creek. Our farm is 20 minutes from Indiana Wesleyan, 30 minutes from Taylor University and 1 hour to Indy and Fort Wayne.
