The space: This cosy retreat features a king-size master bedroom, a versatile twin room (convertible to a super king), a sofa bed in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4, a bathroom offering the option of a bath or a shower, a study and downstairs toilet.

Puddle Duck Cottage

Puddle Duck Cottage is a charming and beautifully renovated retreat offering a cozy & stylish escape on the edge of the Village Green in the Yorkshire Wolds village of Hutton Cranswick. It’s just a short stroll to the local pub, shop, farm shop and the locally renowned butchers. Excellent rail & bus links offer access to the Yorkshire coast and the market towns of Driffield (5 min) & Beverley (<10 min). Perfect for a relaxing getaway or business travel with fast Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

West End Farm Lodge

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small enclosed garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

JK Lodge is ideally situated on the edge of a village nestled in the Yorkshire Wolds Way. The lovely market town Driffield, known as the Capital of the Wolds, is just 2 miles away and Beverley market town is just 13 miles away. Also a short drive is Pocklington, Flamborough Head, and Sledmere to name but a few… For nature lovers the costal resort of Bridlington is close by offering boat trips and bird watching at Bempton Cliffs, a seabird colony and RSPB nature reserve.
