Our guesthouse is designed uniquely to accommodate our friends, family & friendly Airbnb guests like you. Our place can fit up to eight guests, has its own washer and dryer, TV with Roku setting, curb-less shower with two shower heads, comfortable beds & lots of daylight due to the six skylights. Come and see for yourself the beauty and comfort that this sweet guesthouse has to offer. (We only accept bookings of guests w/ previous positive reviews on their profile. Feel free to ask though)

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

The house is located just minutes from highway access to get to to all the best Kansas City has to offer, or you can use the smart TV and Wi-Fi for a relaxing stay in. This single level home has 3 bedrooms; 1 Queen bed, 3 Twin beds, full bath, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a spacious bonus room with yoga equipment. Furry guests will enjoy the spacious fenced in back yard. A charcoal grill is available to use as well.

We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
