There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Surrounded by rolling hills and lush green or yellow landscapes, this enchanting destination offers an authentic experience where you will immerse yourself in peace and nature. L.66 is a 600 sqm plot, part of Herdade da Comporta, with a three bedroom house divided in two volumes, a main cement house and a wooden detached cabin and a small pool. This small house is an exercise on simplicity and reworking of traditional architectural elements.
