This cute studio lies in the foot of Notre Dame and located on the island of île de la cité. And only 20 meters from the Seine River. This studio of 25 square meters , 3th floor without elevator was renovated recently and equipped with kitchen ,washing machine and dryer, bath towels and toiletries. Faces to a small courtyard and is extremely quiet all day long. The size of ​​the mattress is 140*195CM. The bedding is brand new cotton sateen, and professionally cleaned after every guest.

L'appartement est calme, traversé par la lumière. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais l’accès est facile par l’escalier. L'immense salon est très agréable. Le métro Bonne Nouvelle est très proche de l'appartement d'où commence le fameux réseau piétonnier de Montorgueil, le plus vaste et central du Paris historique.
