This off-grid cabin has running water, full kitchen & nice bathroom w/ shower via solar PV system, propane appliances & backup generator. NO PETS and must have AWD or 4WD vehicle, no exceptions. Recent review: The best place we've ever stayed at, hands down! The location felt like a dead end road, yet close to everything. The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze. Owners Note: One (1) dog 45 lbs max allowed unless an additional dog is approved in advance, please include # of people and # of dogs when booking.

The Grand Mesa is beautiful! We are located at 10,200' in elevation. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SNOW ON THE GROUND THROUGH MAY AND INTO JUNE. We have a total of 9 cabins for rent. We are across the street and a short walk to two lakes, beautiful scenery, hiking trails, XC skiing, atv-ing, snowmobiling, canoeing, mtn biking, and great fishing! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards & snowshoes. We also have snowmobile tours and rentals. There's something for everyone!
