The house sits on 7 acres of woods with a small stream. Stowe Mountain Resort, The Trapp Family Lodge, Smugglers Notch, Long Trail, are just a few of the near by points of interest. Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

We are just outside of the village of Jeffersonville (3 minute walk to Main St.) The apartment is on the ground floor of our duplex. Jayne and Zach are your hosts who live upstairs with their dog Moses. The space has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, one queen bed and full bath. Just 4 miles down the road from Smugglers Notch Resort. 45 mins to Burlington. 25 mins to Stowe in the summertime.
