Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the beautiful lake, the nearby Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park and Alburgh Golf Links, and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs on Isle LaMotte. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a $85 per dog per trip fee, maximum of 2 dogs.

Refurbished 1950’s Cottage 300’ from Lakefront

This cozy cottage will gladly accommodate a couple with 2 small children. Although it has only 1 bedroom, we do have a futon in a front sitting room and another on the sun porch. Our home is on the property, but mostly hidden from the cottage by tall cedar trees. We are located about 1/2 hour from Burlington. We are < 5 minutes from the Grand Isle to Plattsburgh, NY ferry. The sunsets are simply phenomenal!

Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.
