A small paradise by the sea, with lots of charm and carefully decorated and equipped. Totally new, bright. the house has a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them in the garden), swimming pool and private gardens. Prepare to enjoy breakfast while you enjoy the colors of the sunrise and the song of the birds; even to devour that book that you left pending or if you are more of series you will love to enjoy them with the Smart TV of 65 inches with pre-installed applications. The schedule policy is flexible. However, if two guests coincide on the same day, the checkout will be at 12:00 and the check-in at 3:00 pm if there is a overlap between the schedules. The house has an ideal situation to access the different points of interest of the island. Beaches, capital, tourist areas, airport, restaurants, shopping areas, etc The "Global" bus lines allow you to move comfortably all over the island. Airport: 10 min Las Palmas de GC: 15 min Maspalomas / Playa del Inglés: 25 / 30min Agaete: 50min (Times by car). During the stay it is possible that the maintenance personnel access the outside area of the house for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Guests will always be informed in advance.
