Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

Over 700 ft of private shoreline offers a unique opportunity to experience the Pemigewasset River. The shallow riverbank offers accessibility to most guests. 3 kayaks are available for even more fun! The expansive backyard is perfect for yard games, to lounge in the shade of the trees or to toast marshmallows at the fire pit. With 5 separate sleeping areas and 3 full baths guests have ample space to call their own. All living spaces are adorned with plush furnishings to ensure your comfort!

A cooks (happy place) kitchen. A large living room with a fireplace & direct access to the walk out deck with breathtaking views.

Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

My home is close to Mount Washington, Bretton Woods, golf, skiing, hiking, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my home because it is a beautiful secluded log cabin located in a peaceful mountain setting. You will not see another home or passing traffic. Spectacular views of the 9th and 13th tallest mountains in the Northeast. Couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids) are welcome. Have a campfire under the stars. We make off-grid living easy with luxury bedding, fresh bread and eggs from our farm, locally-roasted coffee, cream, ice, a hot outdoor shower (seasonal), firewood, marshmallows, battery-operated lights, and a wood-fired hot tub! Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Bear Mountain Farm

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats, donkeys, and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided.
