Built by our family 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit. My place is close to art and culture, parks.We are set in quite neighbrhood, very close to the center of old part of town, you can take a beutiful walk by the sea, at the beutiful sunset(rated by Hitchcock), and get in old town. Nearby are beautiful city beaches, the closest one is 7 minutes walking, if you donT like the walking or you dont have a car the bus station is 1 minut away from the apartment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people.

Moderne und geräumige Wohnung in Zadar (ca. 120 m2). Sie haben ein komplettes Erdgeschoss des Hauses mit Ihrem privaten Pool (Größe 8x4 m). Großer Garten mit Grill, 3 Parkplätzen und Ihrem privaten Eingang. Die Unterkunft ist eher wie ein Ferienhaus, da es die einzige Wohnung ist, die im Haus gemietet werden kann. Das nächste Geschäft, die Kaffeebar und der Markt sind 200 m entfernt. Die Strände, das Museum und die Altstadt sind ca. 2,5 km von der Wohnung entfernt.
