Im Innenhof der Villa befindet sich ein Swimmingpool (22,5 m²) ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm und Außendusche sowie eine überdachte Terrasse 12 m² mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Klimaanlage, WLAN-Internetzugang, Sat-TV, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Babybett und Hochstuhl sowie Parkplätz auf dem Grundstück stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Geschäft und Restaurant befinden sich in einer Entfernung von 350 m und das Zentrum der Insel Vir in einer Entfernung von 2000 m. Der nächste Strand, Strand Miljkovica, befindet sich in einer Entfernung von 450 m von diesem Anwesen.
